All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for more details on excluded regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and rings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
